New Changes


  • All new permits will be submitted through Cascade.   
  • A new way to schedule inspections – go online to Inspection Requests or through the Cascade portal.
  • Inspections scheduled before 4pm will be scheduled the next business day. 
  • Contractors must register with the Town of Wiggins every calendar year and may do so through Cascade.
  • The Town of Wiggins is adopted the 2018 International Code Council Building Codes February 24, 2022 and became effective March 29, 2022. 
  • The new Building Permit Fee Schedule became effective March 29, 2022. Fee Schedule available below. 
The Permit Center provides permits for property construction.  Other permits such as construction in the public right-of-way can be obtained by respective departments.

Tuesday - Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm.
Staff for Permitting, Building, and Planning are available during hours of operation.
